What we offer

Exterior cladding

Base pricing includes vertical timber cladding or coloured corrugated steel (installed vertically or horizontally). Customers can choose almost any exterior cladding for their house.

Drawings

A wide range of drawings, adapted to each customer's site, sun orientation and views. Architectural, engineering, plumbing and heating drawings are included in the price.

Roof structures

Roofs with trusses (flat interior ceiling) or glulam-supported roofs with vaulted ceilings. Hip or gable roofs. Trusses at e.g. 25° outside and 15° inside combine truss economy with vaulted ceiling height.

Insulation

Every SG house is insulated. Residential houses: 150 mm walls, 200 mm ceilings. Summer houses: 150 mm walls, 180–200 mm roofs.

KUBBAHÚS

SG Hús leads in Iceland in movable classroom and kindergarten modules. KUBBAHÚS units are built almost entirely indoors in our factory and assembled on site.

Build speed

Weather-tight in 5 days. In good conditions the build process can be very short.
